  • Years of Experience • Having a minimum of 12 years’ experience , experience in a Big Four professional services firm would be an advantage.
  • Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an appropriate field such as Accounting or Finance – preferably CPA, CMA, CISA or ACCA, although other qualifications will be considered. • Master degree is a plus.
  • Salary: QR 20 - 25 K
  • Description:
    Must be resident in Qatar with available NOC. Bilingual is a big plus. The Audit Manager is responsible for providing support to Partners in the delivery of client service, the pursuit of opportunities to convert to new work, providing mentoring and coaching to junior team members and managing client relations on a day to day basis. Audit Manager are expected to challenge the current status, apply original thought and as a result, play an integral role in designing and developing solutions to our clients Main Job Responsibilities General and Managerial Responsibilities: • Manages the delivery of assurance engagements. • Leads the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders. • Monitors team and individual budgets and performance objectives. • Acts as a coach and tutor to all direct reports and assurance staff. • Participates in business development initiatives and activities. • Builds strong internal relationships within MSQ and across other departments. • Develops people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff. • Conducts performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff • Contributes to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Assurance professionals. • Contributes to the maintenance of an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff. • Understands and follow workplace policies and procedures and make sure that all direct reports do the same as well. • Manages the administration and human resources issues of the department. • Performs other related duties as assigned
