    Program Manager
    Reports To: General Manager EMEA & Director of Program Management

    Job Scope
    Program Managers are responsible for managing a variety of programs and projects. They help plan and manage
    workflow and tasks for project teams. Program Managers work directly with clients and are responsible for key
    program metrics such as client satisfaction, budget, schedule, and profitability. This role is expected to work
    independently, with limited supervision, and has a high degree of decision making responsibility.

    General Duties and Responsibilities • Create work plans, schedules and budgets for all internal and client projects
    • Communicate progress against schedule, budget, quality and profitability
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer
    • Responsible for successful delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Anticipate and identify issues and report to the client and Company team; propose and
    communicate options for resolution
    • Partner with Business Development to review SOWs and estimates
    • Manage multiple projects seamlessly
    • Partner with Business Development to create SOWs and accurate estimates
    • Staff and schedule programs based on needs and capacity
    • Clarify undefined or ambiguous projects
    • Manage multiple project engagements and programs seamlessly
    • Review and improve project processes and internal processes
    • Provide direction and feedback to project teams
    • Own an internal area of expertise, promote and continuously improve that area for Company
    • Partner with Business Development to grow accounts
    • Plan and structure programs
    • Take on the role of Program Lead on programs where appropriate
    • Own a client facing area of expertise, continuously improve that area for Company, and provide
    consulting support in that area for clients

    Qualifications • 7+ years of customer facing project management experience, background in creative services is
    • Expert understanding of the creative services processes. Proven success managing print work,
    animations and light interactive
    • Expert understanding of the Company project management tool, currently Clarizen. Or expert
    understanding of a popular project management tool, like Microsoft Project or Merlin Adobe
    Creative Suite a plus
    • Understanding / Proven success managing programs
    • Understanding / Proven success managing change management, communications or technical
    • Strong communication, facilitation, organization and time management skills • Excellent
    interpersonal and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to create and manage complex work plans and budgets
    • Ability to manage multiple team members’ time and work loads
    • Ability to comprehend complex business issues and terminology
    • Bachelor’s degree is required
