Key Responsibilities:
•Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to meet company goals.
•Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.
•Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, establish relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
•Oversee inventory management and stock control processes to minimize shortages and overstock situations.
•Analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
•Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance.
•Monitor market trends, regulations, and advancements in supply chain technology to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
•Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, Masters is a plus.
•8-15 years of experience in supply chain management or related field, with a preference for candidates from the automotive industry.
•Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.
•Proven experience in working with ERP systems.
•Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
•Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Certification such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.
•Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility as needed.
