Senior Accountant
Senior Accountant with a strong "focus on Treasury Management and Accounts Payable."
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage daily cash and bank operations, including reconciliations and forecasting.
 Effective treasury control.
 Oversee and process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
 Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with internal payment policies.
 Support month-end closing processes, journal entries, and financial reporting.
 Coordinate with auditors and assist in preparing audit requirements.
 Implement best practices for treasury and payable functions.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on treasury and accounts
payable.
 Strong knowledge of banking operations, cash flow forecasting, and vendor
management.
 Proficiency in ERP systems (preferrable Microsoft AX 365) and Microsoft Excel.
 Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity.
 CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

A manufacturing company is seeking a Chief Accountant with strong experience in advanced ERP systems and solid knowledge of cost and general accounting. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and capable of leading month-end closing, reporting, and compliance activities. Ability to join within 30 days is required.

• The ideal candidate should be an energitic person who knows the basics of stock control , costing and banking transactions , someone capable of supervising up to 4 accountants , very good experence in MS Excel is important , Arabic speaker is important.Priority is for candidates who can join in 30 days or less. The search is restricted for candidates inside KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Procurement

• Execute purchase requests based on approved demand forecasts and stock requirements.
• Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate deliveries with
• suppliers.
• Track and follow up on pending orders to avoid stockouts or delivery delays.

Supplier Coordination

• Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
• Support the evaluation of vendor performance, pricing, and service quality.
• Assist in identifying reliable local and international suppliers for various categories.

Inventory & Cost Monitoring

• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to monitor stock levels.
• Flag unusual consumption patterns or procurement issues to the Procurement Manager.
• Contribute to initiatives for cost savings and procurement efficiency.

• Develops marketing strategies in achieving/surpassing the stores sales targets as aligned with the company Marketing and country business directions.
• Develops and implements amplification programs for new
  products that will further maximize sales opportunities for
  the stores.
• Evaluates and undertakes recommendation/approval of local
  store marketing programs and activities and monitors
  implementation to ensure that said programs are in
  accordance with established marketing policies and guidelines.
• Ensures that all marketing programs in the country comply
  with the established marketing standards, policies and
  guidelines (i.e. BPR Strategy, VID Guidelines, LSM Guidelines,
  etc.)
• Manages and properly allocates/disburses the approved
  country/region/store budget and sees to it that programs
  and activities are implemented within the agreed schedule
  and budget.
• In coordination with Training, acts as training consultant for
  marketing training needs and performance of country/region.
  o Serves as SME/lecturer for Trade Marketing seminars designed
  for GMs and RM/ARMs and other Trade Marketing programs.
