►Responsibilities
•Lead the design and technical delivery of multidisciplinary MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, and electrical systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects.
•Direct design development, technical reviews, shop drawing preparation, coordination, and value engineering activities to ensure accuracy, constructability, quality, and timely project delivery.
•Ensure all MEP designs, specifications, equipment selections, and technical documentation comply with applicable local regulations and international standards, including ASHRAE, SMACNA, DIN, BS, EU, UPC, IPC, NFPA, and relevant energy codes.
•Review design drawings, technical specifications, equipment data sheets, material submittals, BOQs, and construction documentation prior to consultant or client submission and approval.
•Lead and supervise the technical and design teams, delegate responsibilities, monitor productivity and project progress, establish priorities, and maintain high technical and performance standards.
•Coordinate closely with project management, operations, procurement, and cost control teams on BOQs, technical requirements, variation orders, approvals, and construction deliverables.
•Manage consultant and client technical approvals, conduct site inspections, resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues, and ensure approved documentation is efficiently transferred to project execution teams.
►Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
•Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in MEP design and engineering for residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other complex facilities.
•Expert-level knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, electrical, and integrated MEP system design for design-and-build projects.
•Strong working knowledge of applicable international engineering codes and standards, including ASHRAE, SMACNA, DIN, BS, EU, UPC, IPC, NFPA, and energy-efficiency requirements.
•Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, multidisciplinary design coordination, value engineering, shop drawings, BOQ preparation, material approvals, and construction documentation.
•Proven ability to lead engineering teams, make complex technical decisions, manage competing priorities, coordinate across functions, and protect project and organizational interests.
•Fluent English communication skills across writing, reading, and conversation; Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

They are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Manager reporting directly to the General Manager to lead their financial planning, operational accounting, and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning: Formulate, direct, and implement corporate financial strategies, annual operating budgets, and dynamic rolling forecasts alongside executive leadership.
2. Cost Accounting & Inventory Valuation: Oversee FMCG standard manufacturing cost accounting, variance analyses, bill of materials (BOM), and inventory valuation controls across production operations.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely, compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local regulatory standards.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role will lead and oversee group-wide financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and compliance across diverse business entities. Key Responsibilities 1. Group Financial Consolidation: Direct the end-to-end multi-entity monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for all subsidiaries and business units. 2. IFRS Compliance & Technical Accounting: Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements in strict accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory frameworks. 3. •12–15+ years of progressive commercial experience within building materials, construction products, construction chemicals, architectural products, engineering solutions, or closely related industries, including at least 5 years in senior sales or project-sales leadership.
•Proven success managing Sales Engineers, technical sales professionals, and multidisciplinary commercial teams while consistently achieving significant revenue, margin, and growth targets.
•Extensive experience in project-based and specification-driven selling, with direct involvement in major construction projects from early specification and tender stages through commercial negotiation, award, and delivery.
•Strong knowledge of the Jordanian building-materials and construction market, supported by an established professional network among consultants, contractors, developers, architects, engineering offices, project owners, and other industry stakeholders; Jordan and GCC market exposure is highly valued.
•Strong commercial, financial, and strategic capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management, market analysis, business development, negotiation, and evaluation of commercial risks and growth opportunities.
•Executive-level leadership presence with strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent English and experience within recognized regional or multinational organizations are preferred.
