We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) Financial Analyst with strong Excel skills and hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft). The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering analytical insights. Prior experience in financial modeling and reporting is required. 3. Plan and optimize layouts of dark stores for maximum space utilization, workflow efficiency, and compliance with civil codes.
4. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and lifecycle of store equipment and infrastructure, including HVAC, racking, and refrigeration systems.
5. Drive the adoption of automation and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Lead engineering projects, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, civil codes, and promote energy-efficient practices.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align engineering initiatives with business needs.
9. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering and design team.
10. Plan and manage capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx).
11. Oversee vendor and service contracts related to maintenance, calibration, and spare parts management.
12. Develop and manage an asset management framework for all dark stores, covering equipment, machinery, IT, and fixtures.
13. Monitor asset performance to identify optimization opportunities and achieve cost savings.
14. Track the lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, installation, maintenance, and replacement planning.
15. Requirements:
16. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical).
17. Strong understanding of dark store or warehouse design, layout optimization, and relevant engineering codes (civil, structural, and safety).
18. Experience with asset lifecycle management and planning for capital and operational expenditures.
19. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS/OMS).
20. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
21. Knowledge of energy optimization and sustainability practices.
22. Familiarity with financial analysis and using KPIs for operational decision-making.
23. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Facilities/Asset Management, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation and maintenance of all dark store facilities, including cold storage, HVAC, lighting, racking, and utilities across multiple sites.
- Ensure continuous 24/7 uptime of facilities to support e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Lead compliance initiatives for ISO 22000, ISO 9000, HACCP, health and safety, and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage facility budgets and cost controls while promoting energy efficiency.
- Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Maintain cold chain integrity for fresh, chilled, and frozen product categories.
- Lead risk management and business continuity planning, including backup power and equipment redundancy.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers in accordance with internal SLA procedures.
- Coordinate with Real Estate and Project Management teams for store upgrades, modifications, and new site launches.
- Drive sustainability efforts such as energy reduction and waste management.
- Lead, coach, and develop facility and maintenance teams across dark store locations.
- Conduct asset audits to ensure compliance and verify inventory accuracy. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, including at least 5 years in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or warehouse/dark store operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of cold storage systems, HVAC, electrical utilities, facility management ticketing/tracking systems, and facility audits.
- Strategic planning and leadership skills, including budgeting and vendor negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple dark stores, covering inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics.
- Ensure high levels of operational efficiency, order accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
- Lead and manage ground-level teams, including Ground Operations Managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and food handling standards in line with ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs focused on productivity, accuracy, and workforce efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies to enhance workflows, minimize errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational incidents including disruptions, equipment breakdowns, and safety events.
- Coordinate closely with stock control, facility management, and logistics teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Train, coach, and support development of ground operations personnel.
- Oversee the allocation of operational resources, tools, and equipment.
- Approve corrective measures for operational challenges and issues.
- Recommend investments in equipment and technology to boost efficiency.
- Handle escalations and resolve critical operational problems. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory control, and cold chain operations.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across all dark store locations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
- Oversee stock movement processes including replenishment, shrinkage control, and accurate record-keeping across warehouses and stores.
- Monitor and manage inbound, storage, picking, and outbound operations to reduce stock variances.
- Track key performance indicators related to stock accuracy, turnover rates, and service levels.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes, performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Logistics, Operations, and Finance departments to streamline stock flow.
- Promote the use of automation and advanced technology to enhance inventory visibility and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention and audit compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, HACCP, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) standards for perishable items.
- Approve policies and procedures related to inventory control and authorize stock adjustments and write-offs within approved thresholds.
- Lead internal stock audits and present findings to senior leadership.
- Train and guide inventory control teams across the organization. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in stock or inventory management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- In-depth technical knowledge of WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and demand planning tools.
