KSA
We are seeking a highly experienced
Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales operations for
baby and adult hygiene products (diapers) in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in
FMCG hygiene products, with
proven sales experience in KSA (currently or within the last 3 years).
Arabic speaking is mandatory. Candidates currently in KSA are preferred; candidates outside the Kingdom may be considered only if they have
recent KSA experience.
Key Responsibilities (Top 7 Tasks):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and distribution objectives across KSA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and modern trade channels.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring performance targets and field execution standards are met.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Monitor sales performance, trade spending, and profitability, preparing regular business reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, launch planning, and brand visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in FMCG hygiene products, specifically diapers or personal care.
- Strong experience in the Saudi market is mandatory (currently in KSA or with KSA experience within last 3 years).
- Proven capability in managing distributor and key account relationships.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Arabic speaking is a must; English proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to join within 30 days is highly preferred.
