Job Summary The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role within the Growth – Product Management department at COMPANY. This position is responsible for driving the strategic development, positioning, and lifecycle management of COMPANY’s professional AV solutions portfolio. The role focuses on aligning customer needs, market trends, and technology innovations to deliver differentiated products that support revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This position is vital to maintaining COMPANY’s leadership in the Saudi AV distribution market and adjacent technology sectors. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for executing COMPANY’s product strategy by managing key product lines, driving innovation, and supporting revenue generation. This role-plays a critical part in enhancing COMPANY Academy by designing training initiatives and ensuring product solutions are competitive and aligned with market needs. The role serves as a bridge between technical, commercial, and training efforts.
Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product lines, from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Define product roadmaps and coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution.
- Partner with vendors to co-develop and enhance product solutions
Market Strategy & Insights
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and refine product positioning.
- Create pricing, profitability, and market entry strategies for assigned lines.
- Benchmark against competitors to ensure market relevance
Company Academy Development
- Design and lead technical and business training content under company Academy.
- Launch and evaluate certification programs for system integrators.
- Promote academy initiatives in collaboration with marketing and sales.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Serve as the primary contact between product, sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams.
- Conduct internal and external product training sessions.
- Track performance metrics and iterate product/training strategies accordingly.
