  Scientific and practical requirements:

  • Has Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Preferred have an (ICMP) certificate
  • Has at least 15 years experience as an administrative manager (including
    10 years of experience in which he was responsible for 250+ employees)
  • He held the position of General Manager or Deputy General Manager in several leading companies
  • Has the skill to establish and define strategies, mission and conditions under the supervision of the Board of Directors
  • Has the skills of analysis and negotiation, decision-making, effective planning and time management
  • Has the ability to make speeches and make presentations that represent site affairs
  • Has skills in dealing with Microsoft programs and professional accounting programs
