  • The candidate should hold a bachelor degree in civil engineering or architecture from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in the construction of buildings including structural, architectural and electrotechnical works.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a contracting company.
  • The candidate must have extensive knowledge in project management and project controls.
  • The candidate must manage the project and lead the project team to ensure successful completion on/or before the contractual completion date and within the approved budget.
  • Provide good representation of the company and develop a positive work relationship with the client.
