  1. BA in Accounting
  2. CMA is preferred
  3. Bi-lingual ( Arabic Native)
  4. Age not to exceed 35 years
  5. Advanced Excel experience
  6. Experience in ERP Dynamics 365
  7. Min 2 years’ experience as Chief Accountant
  8. Min 5 years’ experience
  9. Coming from the real estate sector (Especially property development)
  10. Having analytical skills
  11. Good knowledge in the KSA market & Zakat and VAT regulations
