Responsibilities:
•Provide written and verbal reports of research activities. Participate in R&D Meetings
• Generate new product ideas and recipes, modify and improve existing recipes, develop prototypes
• Develop processes for the production of recipes at large scale
• Ensure that strict hygiene and food safety standards are met
• Conduct production test runs
• Collection and analyzing data from actual production
• Develop in-process and finished product specification
• Generating ingredient statements and nutritional information
Qualifications:
• Strong working knowledge of ingredient functionality and flavor, formulation, nutrition and food packaging - labeling regulations
• Strong communication
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects
• Computer skills at least office programs.
• Be familiar to ERP system at least recipe module
