We are looking for a
Head of Wholesale Business with deep ISP/or telecom experience for a leading company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Reporting to: Marketing Operations Department Head Type of Contract: 1-2 Years Contract. Possibility to be permanent depending on performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of all related activities between the company and other local & international companies (operators & providers), wholesale providers, carrier relations & VAS providers:
- Partnership with service providers internally and externally from negotiation till launching the services.
- Negotiation of Roaming agreements with Mobile operators & IOT discount agreements.
- Selection of main suppliers for Signaling, SMS, MMS & GRX, Financial & Data Clearing Houses
- Negotiation of interconnect agreements such as traffic, SMS, MMS, etc
- SMS Hubbing A2P, P2P, and P2A.
- New sales with Aggregators, Enterprise & OTT customers
- Carriers Relation for Transmission.
- Develop, maintain, and control specifications for VAS and content portfolio taking customer concerns, business processes, organizational, cost, and vendor product limitations into account.
- Responsible for ensuring & achieving the department's objectives & targets.
- Developing new ideas and identifying areas for improvement & opportunities to achieve higher results & goals.
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Proven track-record of Customer-facing experience with strong negotiation skills to be able to achieve the needed results (ideally within wholesale/carriers Providers).
- Very Strong communications skills in Arabic & English with the ability to write detailed reports & documents. In addition to Strong social skills for interacting with customers in a professional manner across multiple regions and cultures
- Able to innovate and be flexible and creative in helping to develop a business opportunity or solution.
- Able to be adaptable, highly self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, result-orientated, and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, control work, and have a structured approach and a “can do” attitude to problem-solving.
- Leadership skills for motivating staff and providing direction.
- Knowledge of Telecom Players in the market, and their Infrastructure in terms of Network, O&M, and ICT industry and business trends.
- Computer skills are needed, including the knowledge of how to use MS Word and PowerPoint, are required.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid driving license & car.
Total Years of Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the field of telecom or any related to the industry.
Education & CertificatesRequired: Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other related field.
Location: Ramallah. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic & English.
