  • Description:
    • The duties and responsibilities required of the production manager:
      • Follow up on all production stages inside the factory, from manufacturing, preparing mixtures etc.
      • Follow up the full laboratory results and develop the necessary solutions in case of deviations.
      • Follow up on production lines and coordinate with the maintenance department to develop radical solutions to frequent malfunctions and develop plans to carry out preventive maintenance work.
      • Follow up the cleanliness of the factory and the stages of washing and sterilizing machines and production lines.
      • Follow-up matters of supervision in the factory on all employees, including supervisors, operators and workers.
      • Coordination and arrangement of work in the factory in proportion to the sales and administration department.
      • Ensuring that the factory is ready for operation for the next day by doing all the required procedures at the end of each working day, supervising and verifying the distribution of boxes and arranging them according to the needs of each production line and the absence of raw materials inside the factory.
      • Follow-up on health matters and the cleanliness of the factory and machines, and ensure that cleaning tools are in their designated spaces.
      • Verification of closing doors and refrigerators, arranging work after the incubator, washing boxes, and unloading returns before leaving the factory.
      • Making daily production reports and matching production with the quantities delivered to the refrigerators.
      • Follow up on the technical and administrative matters of the production hall and ensure the availability of the appropriate staff to implement production plans.
      • Ensure that production orders are delivered on time to the warehouse. The finished products are within the standard specifications.
      • Ensure and verify the quantities of milk received and distribute them according to production and work to develop solutions and reduce waste in coordination with maintenance.
      • Permanent coordination with the operations coordinator and receiving orders in advance to achieve the sales goal of producing within the standard specifications and on the specified dates.
      • Follow up the receipt of raw materials and their distribution to the departments.
      • Ensuring the commitment of all workers inside the production hall to apply the standards of good manufacturing practice and public safety.
    • Minimum Education Required:
      • Bachelor's degree in Food Industry or equivalent.
      • 12+ years of experience in the same field in major companies.
      • To be certified by ISO 22000/2018 and ISO 9000, HACAP.
