• Description:
  • Duties and responsibilities required of the head of the quality department
    • Carry out monitoring and internal auditing of all departments and sections to ensure their implementation of these procedures.
    • Work to improve and develop the quality procedures and models in a manner that does not conflict with the general objective, laws and instructions.
    • Provide all requirements and procedures required to renew the ISO 22000/2018 certificate.
    • Issuing regulations and instructions related to the implementation of these procedures and following up their implementation.
    • Permanent monitoring of health and occupational safety conditions in the factory and to ensure their validity.
    • Examine the raw materials supplied to the factory and ensure the quality of the materials used in manufacturing and whether they match the specifications or not, and request health certificates for the materials used from the source.
    • Permanent supervision of the production processes in the factory, the cleanliness of the factory and its surroundings, and the cleanliness of the workers, and verify their conformity with quality standards.
    • Direct supervision of laboratory technicians and participate in the evaluation and qualification of suppliers.
    • Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and workers in all departments through their application of quality standards.
    • Supervising storage conditions in warehouses, both raw and ready-made materials, and ensuring the validity of refrigeration in cars and refrigerators on an ongoing basis.
    • Respond to complaints received about the product after conducting the necessary checks and investigations.
    • Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems and failures to the Operations Manager.
  • Minimum Education Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
    • 7+ years of experience in the same field in major companies.
    • To be certified by ISO 22000/2018 and ISO 9000, HACAP.
