  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail consultant - KSA POS technical support Skills:

  ---

  • 7+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project
  • Working with POS development team to delivering upgrade project for all showrooms ERP to D365 POS Retail
  • Define and provide different training requirements for each role (buyers, inventory planners, managers etc.) + prepare training documents (hard copies, soft copies & videos).
  • Responsible for the complete life cycle of a new/modified system, from analyzing existing arrangements to implementing systems and providing training to employees on system usage.
  • Perform and support business application Dynamics AX 365 & POS Retail (CORE and Web), including on-site configuration (cloud), upgrades, maintenance, installation, open cases (support tickets) and integration with company enterprise data systems.
  • Provide project on-site / remotely support for POS software technical and troubleshooting. Daily Job – POS technical supporter: • Checking the batches (post packing slip and invoice batches + POS batches job)
  • Checking all pending transactions (sales order, return the order, purchase order & transfer order) related to showrooms and help customers to closed.
  • Checking all user shifts and informed users to closed.
  • Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support
  • Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
  • Prepared all support reports for management weekly.

  In additional skills – advanced configuration skills needed:

  • AX configuration and install all POS cloud & customization.
