    Job Purpose:
    To effectively formulate and lead the company Sales division by setting strategies and annual business plans for Retail/Non-Retail and company Outlet ensuring sales targets are met and overall company competitive positioning is in line with company business goals.
    Main Responsibilities:

    1- Planning and Forecasting:

    • Determine related targets across sales channels (Retail/Non-Retail and company) based on geographical areas and demographical factors.
    • Ensure achievements on (monthly/quarterly/annual) basis.
    • Ensure sales mix of credit and cash.
    • Set accessories sales plan and ensure percentage of credit, cash and non-retail.
    • Set incentive programs for all sales channels.
    • Ensure the target workflow plan set by dealer (loyalty programs) in a monthly/quarterly/yearly manner

    2- Procurement Planning:

    • Set a forecasting plan for procurement (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for all sales channels to advise supply chain with required needs.

    3- Inventory Planning:

    • Achieve health inventory on a monthly basis (1.5) for all sales channels
    • Monitor inventory turnover and ensure that the appropriate inventory age rate is achieved.

    4- Marketing Campaigns:

    • Continuous planning and coordination on the presence of marketing campaigns with the support of marketing department that assists to achieve company goals.

    5-Business Development:

    • Improve product transport mechanisms to achieve the lowest costs and the
    • best services
    • Develop business mechanisms and policies to work continuously to achieve the company's goals.
    • Achieve profitability goals aligning with the yearly budget and improve it in a monthly/quarterly/annual manner
    • Achieve the planned expansion goals.
    • Strengthen the strategic relationships with Automotive dealer by adhering to the agreements concluded
    • Develop the incentive programs continuously that fits business requirements.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business related subject
    • From 12 to 18 Years of experience.
    • 6 years of experience in Saudi market
    • Not less than 10 experience years in Automotive industry
    • Good English language skills
    • Age Between 38 to 45
    • Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
