  • Give functional support to ERP Users,
  • Good experience in dynamics AX or dynamics 365 is a must.
  • Understand the business process and force the policies through ERP workflows.
  • Be able to review and improve the Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.
  • Manage the ERP User security and access.
  • Configure the approval workflow process.
  • Build the finance reports using management reporter.
  • Escalate and close the technical tickets with Microsoft.
  • Manage all the IT accounts subscription.
  • Manage the Users e-mails
  • Manage the company data and force the users’ computers auto synchronization with OneDrive.
  • Configure each user workspace for fast dashboard of his work and reminders.
  • Build the Management Dashboard.
  • Manage Microsoft CRM Users Access.
  • Build CRM Dashboards and reports.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams Groups and Security access.
  • Manage D365 Users privilege.
  • Manage the Company website.
  • Support all the IT related items like User’s computer windows, MS office, printers
