  For Saudi Nationals only ( the opportunity will be based in Jeddah) : Support the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. -Ensure that the company’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. -Oversee matters relating to Tax advisory and compliance across the Group and identify VAT savings opportunities. -Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems. -Prepare and monitor the company's credit facility. -Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and banking matters. -Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial and management reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes. -Analyse monthly and quarterly numbers and present findings to management, stakeholders, and board members. -Financial planning and analysing -Critical thinking -Problem solving -Real Estate experience is preferred
