• Description:
  • We are looking for a Project Engineer to help in the management of different types of projects in manufacturing Plants (making, packing, utilities, facility & logistics), from simple scopes to more complex projects.
  • Project engineer responsibilities include working closely with Projects director to lead projects at different phases from feasibility till startups including scope definition, budget preparation and request, schedules, resources, safety & quality plans, startups including commissioning, qualifications, and verification.
  • Staff projects with the right resources & skills.
  • Consult with customers to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to contractors and manage projects schedules.
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Prepare budgets and feasibility for related projects.
  • Develop and track overall project schedule and progress.
  • Develop and track safety & execution quality plans.
  • Participate in developing commissioning, qualification, and verification plans.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities on regular basis.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Function as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the projects director and others to eliminate barriers.
  • Ensure Issuance of all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree Electrical.
  • 7+ years in manufacturing projects management from an industrial background.
  • Experience with international companies is a big plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
