  مدير الإستراتيجية هو المسؤول عن المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجيات وحدات الأعمال في الشركة بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل وضمان المواءمة في أداء الشركة بشكل عام، و وضع خطط وأهداف بالتعاون مع الإدارة العليا للشركة.

  - :Key responsibilities

  1. Managing the activities of the strategic planning group according to the opinion of senior management and as deemed by the Board of Directors, and assisting in developing the company’s strategy and directing the development of strategies for business units
  2. Assist in the development and improvement of the company's strategy through the use of a balanced scorecard.
  3. Conduct periodic reassessments of the company's strategy as a whole taking into account the directives/priorities of the executive management as well as the commercial and external environment (according to the strategic direction discussed above).
  4. Identify strategic checkpoints to monitor progress towards achieving strategic objectives. The checkpoints should cover the critical path of the strategy.
  5. Follow up and report monthly on the company's work status in relation to the implementation of its strategy.
  6. Ensure the consistency of the company's strategic plan with the development plans issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
