  • Description:
    • REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
      • Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Systems/Commerce. or Equivalent.
      • Minimum 20 years of experience within the document control discipline out of which 10+ years working at a manager/senior level, at least 05+ years proven experience in Mega Projects configuring, maintaining, and processing data within Aconex.
      • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, ...etc.).
      • Good command of spoken and written English.
      • Eligible to apply project management and electronic document management systems such as Aconex, PCM, Scenario, I Auditor, Anixus, and similar applications.
      • Participation in establishing appropriate programming for each project according to its contractual requirements and required by any of the company departments such as inventory counting, control, quality, operations, purchases, technical office, etc.
    • RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Manage document control systems and ensure they continue to operate efficiently.
      • Effective communication with the work team continuously to ensure the follow- up of efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Managing the document control and control team to ensure the efficiency of productivity by covering work requirements at every moment.
      • User role assignment and configuration for all organizations.
      • Follow-up the different documentation cycle.
      • Provide Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) audits of the hardcopy Document Control files and the Prolog Electronic Document Control files.
      • Managing the head office archives, projects archives, and defining guarantees that guarantee its efficiency and safety
      • Establish effective communication plans within the department and with other departments and with representatives of project owners in a manner that ensures the smooth movement of documents.
