  • Responsible for managing, developing environmental and chemical business line in KSA, Responsible for aligning resources to meet business requirements
  • Develop the regional strategic plan for Chemical Environmental and Food services.
  • Ensure that the new operation plans, policies, procedures and transition plans for the business line are consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  • Align all work and resource management with company mission, vision, values, goals and strategic imperatives.
  • Utilize continuous quality improvement strategies, techniques and tools in all aspects of the position.
  • Participate in the strategic planning process. Assess on-going progress toward strategic goals and recommend revision to the strategic plan based on evaluation results.
  • Develop the business plans and budget while ensuring the activities are working within defined budget parameters.
  • Ensure, monitor and oversee cost optimization initiative in order to utilize resources in an efficient manner.
  • Contract review related to Environmental- Chemical & Food services.
  • Oversee all technical matters, field testing operations and technical procedures related to Environmental Department.
  • Follow-up customer’s orders and ensure all customers’ requirements are carried out in accordance to contractual agreements and as per standard test methods and specifications.
  • Investigate existing and potential non-conformities in the areas of activities, devise and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage departments cost studies and analysis.
  • Oversee development research to upgrade the technical capabilities of the departments and submits recommendations to the branch and Regional Manager.
  • Follow-up implementation of safety regulations and protection measures.
  • Enhance technical reports.
  • Enhance the methodology of projects pricing for proposed technical and financial offers.
  • Master or PhD degree in Civil Engineering – Pavement materials / Transportation specialty.
  • 10 years of experience in the field of pavement construction and evaluation.
