Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist to join the CompanyCloud team. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting Cloud Customers, participate in the operation and administration of the CompanyCloud Marketplace and support Companycountries with presales activities incl. webinars and trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities 
	- Support cloud solutions customers for marketplace, technical, informational, billing and other matters.
 
	- Participate in the operations and administration of the CompanyCloud Marketplaces.
 
	- On-board new solutions on the CompanyCloud Marketplaces.
 
	- Operate the Helpdesk environment needed for support.
 
	- Perform webinars, trainings, and other pre-sales activities
 
	- Improve Cloud Operations Efficiency by establishing new processes and automating operations of frequent activities.
 
	- Training planning and delivery.
 
	- Author of design and configuration documents.
 
	- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and best-in-class experience.
 
	- Be flexible in working off-hours for support calls, and during other time zones in the region, including weekends. These will be taken into consideration in the remuneration scheme.
 
	- Undertake other new and evolving responsibilities in the Cloud Solution Business Unit.
	
 Qualifications and skills
	
 
	- Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical.
 
	- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
 
	- ≥ 5 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Consultant with pre-sales and/or implementation experience.
 
	- Strong ICT Technical skills including systems, storage, virtualization, networking and/or security.
 
	- Hands-on experience as a support consultant in operating systems, networking or cloud environments would be highly considered.
 
	- Microsoft Azure technical certifications e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solution Architect Expert, and Azure Security Engineer Associate are required
