    1.1Job Requirements

    A candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
    • Must have 5+ Years’ practical experience as a Scrum Master
    • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
    • Must have Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Adaptive Leadership skills.
    • In-depth practical experience in Scrum, and Kanban.
    • Proven experience of leading Scrum Teams
    • Strong understanding of Agile project management.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools
    • Familiar with programming languages, Database, and operating systems and Hardware

      1.1 Job Description

      Scrum master responsibilities include:

    • Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint.
    • Facilitating the daily standup and helping the team reach consensus on each of the three questions.
    • Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
    • Coach the team to a culture of focus, improving the organization of their work through sprint planning and reviews throughout a project life cycle
    • Coach the team towards cross-functional orientation by serving as an Agile/Scrum consultant, helping plan and coordinate new workflows and patterns and scheduling of task assignments and goals
    • Coach the in collectively creating a set of custom processes, procedures, and team rules that define effective and efficient team behavior
    • Continually monitor progress of team members across the boundaries and provide support to engage employees to achieve goals
    • Form partnerships across teams to streamline work processes and improve the speed at which the company can respond to and capitalize on opportunities
    • Integrate technology into employee workflows to increase the speed and accuracy of changes to improve the results of these work processes, emphasizing continuous improvement
    • Escalate issues in the implementation of Agile methodologies to expedite process correction, creating strategies that resonate with the culture of the organization
    • Teach/Enact Scrum values, practices, and the concepts of task definition, velocity and burndown metrics to all staff.
    • Help the team to remove obstacles
    • Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive
    • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
    • Shield the team from external interferences
    • Facilitates the collaboration between the team and PO
    • Being a change agent in growing the organization to deliver early and often, and remove waste
    • Assist the team in dealing with dysfunctional team members
    • Coach individuals on their individual growth
