• Description:
  • Develop and inspire a team of engineers and technicians to exceed expectations leading to a revenue generating department.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and on-site contract personnel according to the prepared maintenance schedule.
  • Enforce department compliance with all facility safety, health, process safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Ensure that all maintenance related tasks are properly completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all maintenance functions are properly coordinated with affected area of the facility.
  • Manage the area maintenance process to achieve targeted production needs in a cost effective manner.
  • Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the manager.
  • Keep high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping high level of key accounts relationship and an excellent level of communication with KOL.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in related field + 2 years in maintenance management preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and through influence.
  • Knowledge of Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices.
  • Work-process and documentation advocate.
