  Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  ---

  • Use industry experience, business analysis, and best practices within NetSuite to solve clients’ most complex business problems.
  • Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel and provide client training as needed.
  • Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potentialproductcustomizations.
  • Plan and consult with client on business process improvements to configure system features and functions.
  • Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business specifications.
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
  • Work with client to demonstrate the scripted solution and assist with any issues.
  • Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.
  • Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions, encapsulating proposed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions.
  • Communicate business requirements to the technical team members. Communicate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients.
  • Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
  • Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
