  • Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the assigned projects.
    • Assist Head of function in monitoring serval projects at HQ level.
    • Develop project scope and objectives.
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule.
    • Ability to generate reports and deliver reports to stakeholders and team members.
    • Assist in conducting technical and financial analysis of the proposals submitted by the vendors along with the relevant departments.
    • Facilitate effective alignment and reporting on projects and ensure that execution is always within stated timelines, quality, and budgets.
    • Provide Business lead with feedback, encouragement, and advice.
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the assigned projects.
  • Skills:
    • Mega Project experience is a must.
    • Bi-Lingual. Arabic / English
    • 15+ Years of experience.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
    • Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
