  Job Description

  • Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of Public Address systems, sound systems, Queue systems, visitor management and ex.
  • Performs service/installation of various security related systems
  • Managing required administration to company CCTV systems, access control, sensors
  • Installation and programming of Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems
  • Knowledge in GPS Tracking system
  • Support the concerned teams in configuration, developing and buildup of our tracking systems to maintain the company targets
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
  • Coordinating and responding to any security incidents and taking immediate action to maintain company security
  • Developing and presenting daily management reports.
  • Review current security measures and practices and recommend any new systems or other security measures and strategies to protect and secure facilities
  • Experience in safety and security activities.
  • Experience or ability in working with external service providers
  • Very good Experience in CCTV systems & models

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Systems Engineering or Electronic Product Design
  • Strong technical domain experience
  • Experience in Security Field Service
  • Basic knowledge of networks and/or network switching preferred
  • Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction
  • Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with management, team members, and guests
  • Experience performing work in troubleshooting.
  • Assist in on-going development of the security team and ensure all new security officers are fully trained and inducted to the site procedures and policies including CCTV, access control systems, deliveries, fire alarms and intruder alarms
  • Conduct a periodic overall survey of plant inspection of all company buildings and projects in terms of physical security fencing, lighting, buildings, non-smoking areas, etc.
  • Participate in security reviews, development & report on security matters to the IT Director
  • Indoctrinate new employees in all areas involving security and safety, including rules, regulations, and security procedures
  • Oversee procedures on handling, safeguarding and destruction of documents and data in accordance with established processes and appropriate timelines
  • Participate in incident investigations of significant/potential loss
  • Respond to emergencies and take necessary actions.Maintain an inventory of security systems/equipment and spare parts
