  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  ---

  1. Defining, Designing, and Implementing executive reports for the top management.

  2. Delivering the ongoing service as well as systems design, development, and testing across the application life cycle.

  3. Developing the strategy for APIs, Application & Data Integration, and the underlying capabilities that AZ will need in the future.

  4. Driving the development and execution of transformation and simplification programs to modernize and dramatically simplify the interface landscape.

  5. Coordinate all activities with development teams, vendors, and groups engaged in projects/tasks.

  6. Keep tasks/activities on track by managing technical activities, timelines, milestones, and costs.

  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & should be able to perform under pressure.

  8. Resolving cross-functional issues at project/tasks/applications level and escalating to proper team heads.

  9. Provide reporting to all stakeholders showing progress, timeline, milestones, and cost, planned versus actuals

  10. Familiarity with IBM Integration Bus, IBM DataPower, and IBM Business technologies.

  11. Track record of success in leading cross-functional, multiple contractors, and/or distributed teams.

  12. Strong knowledge of Rest/Json/webservice /SOAP / XML .

  13. Ability to demonstrate solution features to stakeholders, share knowledge, and provide tool and process guidance

  14. Ability to work closely with the business and engineers on issues related to design and requirements.

  15. Good communication and negotiation skills.

  16. Strong knowledge of banking domain & systems.

  17. Excellent planning, reporting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  18. Experience with system Integration concepts with a wide knowledge of IT frameworks.

  19. Expert in using (IBM IIB, and IBM Datapower).

  20. Knowledge of a wide range of Databases (DB2, Oracle, etc.), operating systems (Windows, Unix, etc.), and network protocols (WAN, LAN, TCIP, etc.)
