Implement scalable systems based on a cloud-native architecture with high performance and throughput and automation.

Automate the installation and config Kubernetes cluster nodes.

Develop CI/CD pipelines for application stacks (such as Jenkins).

Serve as an escalation point of contact for the customer and internal teams.

Develop monitoring scripts to monitor applications and system performances.

Collaborate with other engineering teams on integrations.

Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting.

Build and maintain highly available production systems.

Managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
Requirements:

Experience building and deploying container-based applications.

Hands-on experience with scripting using shell, Perl, or Python

Prior experience with CI/CD DevOps deployment tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub is a plus.

Experience and understanding of Kubernetes architecture and internals.

Experience troubleshooting complex issues.

Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles.

Strong Linux system administration background.

Working Redhat Openshift.

Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Install, configure and tune IBM Cloud Pak for integration on the Openshift platform (IBM APIC, IBM Datapower, IBM App Connect, IBM MQ, IBM DB2,…)

Databases: Familiar with the administration of Oracle, IBM DB2, and MySQL is a plus.

Environments: Linux, Windows.

Source Control and ALM: TFS, Git BitBucket, GitHub, Tortoise SVN, and experience with one or more project and issue tracking tools (JIRA and MS TFS).
Years of Experience:

4-6 Years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role, with a Minimum of 2 years of hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift platforms and supporting containerized applications.
Languages Required:
