  • Knowledge Skills & Experience
    • To estimate a timescale for a project in coordination with the project management and site team, and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate inputs to project execution plans to develop constructability plan, procurement plan, engineering plan, construction schedule, and mobilization plan.
    • Lead and manage the integration data for project definition, planning, execution, and completion (baseline); assisting in the entire end-to-end delivery lifecycle of projects.
    • Work closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
    • Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
    • Coordinate the selection and training of EPM and EPPM users.
    • Supervise and guide Site Planning Engineers.
    • Maintain and updating the construction schedules and plans, and check the update with all the concerned departments, corrective actions should be included if any to keep the project on track.
    • Develop and create the recovery and revised plans.
    • Collaborate with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
    • Monitor work progress.
    • Monitor the schedule updates / KPIs / Manpower and SC Efficiency / Productivities / Wastages Factors and raise flags / review corrective plans on identified slippages and progress delays.
    • Prepare status reports weekly and monthly.
    • Prepare two weeks look ahead plan for site team.
    • Attend weekly meetings and working on maintaining the agreed dates.
    • Liaise with site managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise after coordinating with Senior planning engineer.
    • Prepare internal and external presentations.
  • Desired Skills and Experience
    • BSc. Of Engineering in Civil, Arch., Electrical.
    • 9 to 12 years’ total experience, minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a site planning engineer.
    • Very Good in English Language is a must.
    • Primavera P6.8 Basics/Advanced Level, Microsoft Excel.
