• Description:
  • Overlooking all the aspects handled by Teams and department.
  • Prior knowledge in façade systems, cladding, aluminum façade systems, aluminum systems etc.
  • Prior experience in the Aluminum industry, façade installation is an added plus.
  • Prior Experience in high rise buildings
  • Coordination with purchasing, inventory and accounting.
  • Approval of Job-related check request.
  • Coordinating and arranging the Training for Induction & periodical training for staff as and when required.
  • Monitoring communication, intervening & taking up issues as and when required with clients, vendors etc.
  • Coordinating with customs and local authorities on related issues.
  • Arranging periodical meetings with key personnel and reporting on prevailing or expected issues.
  • Ensuring all relevant reports are circulated on time & scrutinizing the accuracy of the same.
  • Maintaining records & circulating reports on schedule.
  • Handling/ Resolving issues and problems.
  • Ability to handle large teams in various locations.
  • 15+ years’ experience, in which last 5 in a top managerial position.
  • Engineering Degree, Business Administration or equivalent.
