    Responsibilities:

    Sales Management

    • Own the overall revenue and GP number of the unit.
    • Design the annual sales plan for his division in cooperation with the KSA Stakeholders.
    • Distribute and split the targets to the team.
    • Recommend to the sales team sales strategies, policies and procedures related to achieving all the set targets.
    • Arrange sales meetings and commit calls on a weekly basis with the team.
    • Manage, oversee and monitor the achievement of the brand on a weekly basis (Actual vs. Targets) – Set corrective actions accordingly.
    • Plan and execute sales, marketing and channel development plans to boost sales performance and reach objectives.
    • Handle, monitor and follow up with the team on multiple indicators (Revenue, volume, breadth, ASP, etc.) to secure the highest amount of rebates from the vendor.
    • Map and assess opportunities.
    • Replicate best practices between product teams.
    • Establish a proper back office system to support the sales floors.
    • Handle, manage and follow up on the sales pipeline of the unit.
    • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the unit to ensure that all company policies and procedures are respected.
      HR Management
    • Coach and train Product and Account Managers.
    • Manage and motivate the sales teams, aiming to achieve their budgeted sales volumes & revenues.
    • Review and Evaluate the performance of the teams (PMs, AMs and Telesales) based on set KPIs.
      Channel Development:
    • Develop close relationship with the Top Accounts of the unit.
    • Design, plan and implement the channel development strategy of the unit.
    • Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of major accounts.
    • Evaluate channels and develop strategy accordingly.
    • Support in profiling and selecting the right channel partners.
      Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business from an accredited university.
    • Over 8 years of sales management experience with a proven record of accomplishment in a technology distribution environment preferably in the KSA.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
    • Ability to successfully interface with senior management and vendors.
    • Must be self-directed and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate sales. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who seeks a position in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility of the accounting function
