• Description:
  • Develop the existing plant to meet the local and international standards with at least 5 years’ experience in plants & business development out of total 15 years’ experience.
  • Ability to get ISO approvals during plant development.
  • Ability of adding new production lines to increase the revenue
  • Ensure plant availability at the site in collaboration with the internal maintenance team and our suppliers.
  • Optimize product cycle time and reduce quality costs.
  • Carrying out test studies to determine the correct process parameters
  • Take project lead on start-up of new processes/plants, including definition of action plans and training for maintenance and production resources.
  • Evaluate new process technologies to improve quality, productivity and cost optimization.
  • Central role in process deviation investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Active leadership in digitizing production and increasing the level of automation
  • Implementation of autonomous maintenance.
  • 15+ Years of experience in a relevant field including production.
  • Industrial Engineering Degree.
