  • Previously worked in Real Estate and Commercial development as a site engineer.
  • MEP knowledge.
  • HVAC knowledge.
  • Able to support the site with RFPs, RFQs, Submittals, Approvals etc.
  • Able to review designs of mechanical and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to provide the site with quality assurance.
  • Bilingual / Able to speak Arabic and English.
  • Prior knowledge in housing and commercial projects.
  • 10+ Years of experience.
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree.
