Main role: As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and driving the organization financial strategy and planning and assessing the financial performance of the organization.
Education:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is mandatory. Master’s degree, any well-known professional certificate such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in working with multiple donors, knowledge of EU, UN, US government funding is an asset.
- Experience working with an audit firm is a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial operations and processes, including accounting, reporting and Internal controls.
- Bilingual.
