  • Responsibilities
    • Supervise, validate and follow-up Design of buildings.
    • Review structural models and designs by using computer-aided design software.
    • Ability to measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence.
    • Follow construction safety guidelines.
    • Calculate and choose appropriate materials based on structural specificationsquantity surveying.
    • Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers.
    • Prepare and allocate budgets.
    • Track and report on project progress.
    • Collaborate with contractors and project managers.
  • Requirements and skills
    • Well experienced and Knowledge of building codes, local authorities and project requirements.
    • Good knowledge of Civil Engineering software and applications such as AutoCAD, 3D MAX and ETAPS.
    • BSc in Civil Engineering, sub-discipline structural engineering.
    • 10 years of experience in building construction and project management.
    • Excellent experience in contracts and contracts management.
    • Communication and negotiationskills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Fluent English language.
