Description:
Food Technical Manager The role holder will do this through establishing, maintaining, reviewing and continuously improving all
systems, processes and standards required for food safety and due diligence, as well as building strong
relationships with the local and global teams.
They will support the Food & Coffee team in managing the supply base on quality issues and ensure the shop has the tools to manage and improve the quality of inbound products and ingredients. They will provide
guidance and advice on food safety and quality issues in the shop and the Hub kitchen operations.
It involves advising shops, the Hub kitchens, operations team, and the HK Leadership Team on quality issues.
The role holder will also manage the quality performance of the supply base, building strong relationships
with the equivalent technical teams. It requires not only a high level of knowledge of food technology but also a clear understanding of the shop's mission statement to ensure that all products meet the standards.
The role will be required to manage the shop's Food Technical Strategy, and to work with the Global Food
Technical team for its adaptation and supporting its delivery across all shop current and future markets in
Asia, both Company-owned and Partner-operated.
