  Description:

  • Receive certified Invoices from sites, review them accordingly, verify all pre-requisite attachments, and coordinate with site and subcontractor/supplier for missing information.
  • Upon satisfying all pre-requisites, prepare and finalize evaluation of Payment Certificates for internal and external Subcontractors daily prior to the preparation and issuance of check.
  • Maintain logs of all payments to Subcontractors and Suppliers to monitor payment of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Candidate must seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
  • Candidate must keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
  • Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the company (HR, QHSE, and IMS-ISO), and that of the state.
