  The position is required for a reputable NGO Qualifications and skills
  1. 8+ years of management experience, particularly experience working with
  cultural organizations and/or creative industries.
  2. College degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  3. Proficiency in both Arabic and English Language.
  4. Proven ability to work well with diverse groups of people across all communities
  served by the Conservatory.
  5. Budget development and financial management skills.
  6. Exceptional communication skills.
