  • Duties
    • Must be an ISO 9001:2008 certified Internal auditor and/or Lead auditor.
    • Implemented a QMS plan from his previous company is a plus.
    • Knowledge in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
    • Acts as an office representative in front of ISO 9001:2008
    • Organizes and finalizes all documents such as Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Standard forms which would help all departments and internal auditors to meetISO 9001:2008 requirements.
    • Design policies and procedures of the organization to support the company to comply with requirement of ISO standard.
    • Design, implements and monitor risk management system for the organization.
    • Review and enhance the internal control system of the organization.
    • Establish and monitor the departmental risk register for each function.
    • Establish the control framework and authority matrix for the organization.
    • Support the management to review and enhance the governance structures of the organization.
    • Perform periodic review audits and hold management meeting to enhance the overall control environment of the company
    • Provide periodic reports to the management on the compliance with policies and procedures, governance process, control enhancement and risk management of the organization.
    • Generates a yearly QMS Plan and ensures the plan is executed properly.
    • Reports to Top Management regarding the performance of quality management system and discuss any matters or needs for improvement.
    • Promotes and ensures employees awareness about the use and importance of quality management system and the quality policy to all levels of organization and to our clients.
    • Ensures that all departments produce their quality objectives in a timely manner, evaluate their objectives by the end of each year.
    • Direct controls of quality assurance functions including the activities of ensuring the Quality Management System is understood, implemented, and maintained at all organizational levels and by others like suppliers.
  • Requirements
    • Candidate must have Minimum 8 years of experience.
    • Industrial Engineering Degree / Or relevant.
    • Excellent command of computer software.
    • Excellent command of English
    • Bi-Lingual is preferred.
    • Saudi National is preferred.
    • Transferable IQAMA is applicable.
