• Description:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. or any related field . • Sales & training experience with FMCG companies for a minimum of 3 years. • Ensure the implementation of Sales BPT’s (Best Practice Tools) across all sales channels internally and in the field. • Develop sales team capabilities by leading the implementation and sustainability of field-ready sales best practice tools. • Leading sales training agenda by delivering and facilitating training for the frontline team. • Work closely with Sales Development Manager / Area Managers to develop the implementation plans for all sales tools initiatives as per AOP. • Lead sales training agenda with the alignment of Sales Development Manager, Area Sales Managers & HR. • Track the implementation of after-sales training. • Identify the sales coaching modules suitable to the business and develop an annual capability calendar for the sales team. • Continuous development of ATU application to operate as per standards. • Prepare and track sales KPI’s dashboard. • Own and prepare the onboarding schedule for new sales department hires. • Support channel managers, TDSs as they train and coach their direct reports/ teams. • Implementing and audit ATU (health check/ field check) across all Traditional Trade channels. • Track productivity / TU results (TU Process measure, Performance KPIs)
