  • Responsibilities
    • Designing and supervising the installation of electrical systems in hotel construction projects, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.
    • Ensuring that electrical systems meet local and national codes and standards, as well as industry best practices.
    • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall design and construction of the hotel.
    • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that arise during construction.
    • Reviewing and approving subcontractor and vendor proposals, as well as conducting site visits to monitor progress.
    • Preparing and submitting reports and other project documentation.
    • Staying current with emerging technologies and advancements in the electrical engineering field, and applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
    • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that all electrical work is completed in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
  • Requirements and skills
    • Well experienced and Knowledge of building codes, local authorities and project requirements.
    • BSc in Electrical Engineering.
    • 10 years of experience in building construction projects preferably hotels.
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Fluent English language.
