  • Responsibilities:
    • Designing and overseeing installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
    • Ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
    • Collaborating with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors.
    • Conducting site visits to assess project progress and address any issues.
    • Developing cost estimates and project schedules.
    • Overseeing commissioning and testing of mechanical systems.
    • Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control of their work.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to incorporate into projects.
    • Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance as needed.
  • Requirements and skills
    • BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Experience and Knowledge of building codes, local authorities and project requirements.
    • 10 years of experience in building construction projects preferably hotels.
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Fluent English language.
