  • Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with project teams to design and plan hotel structures.
    • Develop and oversee implementation of construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and address issues.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
    • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Prepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications.
    • Provide technical support and advice to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
    • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project outcomes meet specifications and standards.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
    • Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems and make decisions regarding design and construction methods.
  • Requirements and skills
    • BSc in Electrical Engineering.
    • Experience and Knowledge of building codes, local authorities and project requirements.
    • 10 years of experience in building construction projects preferably hotels.
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Fluent English language.
