    Duties:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
    • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales deals.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales plans.
    • Maintain and build relationships with key customers.
    • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement improvements as necessary.
    • Provide training and support to sales team members.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
    • Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
    • The Sales Manager should have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles.
    • The candidate must have a track record of selling to Aramco in Saudi Arabia, have a deep understanding of the local market and the specific needs of clients in the oil and gas industry. Experience selling to Aramco specifically highlights the ability to sell to large, complex organizations and to navigate the unique requirements and expectations of the industry.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must have 10+ Years of experience.
    • Excellent command of English
    • Prior work history in KSA.
    • Excellent Communication skills.
