  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Senior Officer to join our team. The Marketing Senior Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that promote our shipping services and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the shipping industry and be able to identify key market trends and opportunities.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target key customer segments.
    • Manage the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and promote our services.
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events, including trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage and supervise the work of the marketing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency of marketing strategies.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Shipping services.
    • Any nationality is welcomed. Preferrence is for Saudi National.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
