• Description:
  ▪ Identify and develop digital strategies: o Developing the strategy from start to finish, ensuring that each step is completed on time and within budget.
  o Develop capabilities and capacity in the DT sector to build upon the strategy, and ensure that the strategy is sustainable over time.

  Oversee delivery of digital projects and campaigns
  o Ensuring that they meet or exceed all business objectives.
  o You’ll be working collaboratively across teams to ensure the success of each project.
  o Coordinate and cooperate with other business units regarding information technology and mobile apps development…..etc.

  o Achieving revenue targets
  o Customer engagement and business development

  ▪ Developing internal capability & capacity through training & professional development programs
  o Developing internal capability within your team through training programs or workshops led by subject matter experts from outside agencies or other industry leaders.

  QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  Academic and professional qualifications:
  ▪ Master degree in information technology or related fields (computer science; information science; business administration), a degree in Engineering with additional IT qualifications or equivalent work experience
  ▪ A relevant project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
  ▪ A relevant Enterprise Architecture qualification (TOGAF) or equivalent
  ▪ A relevant IT service management qualification (ITIL) or equivalent

  Experience:
  ▪ +15 years of experience in IT strategy management, enterprise Architecture and quality management
  ▪ Experience in managing digital transformation projects
  ▪ Experience in implementing IT Consulting projects
  ▪ Experience in IT service management
  ▪ Experience in IT Governance
  ▪ Experience in Business Requirement analysis
  ▪ Full project lifecycle experience
  ▪ Understanding of and experience with data management concepts
  ▪ Knowledgeable of all international and national IT standards
