• Description:
  We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing payroll for our employees accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in payroll administration and a strong understanding of payroll legislation.
  Key Responsibilities:
  •Process payroll accurately and on time using the company's payroll software
  •Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll processing
  •Maintain accurate employee records, including hours worked, deductions, and overtime calculations
  •Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required
  •Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve any discrepancies
  •Prepare and remit payroll taxes to relevant authorities
  •Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure that employee payroll information is secure
  •Provide support to the finance team as required
  Qualifications and Skills:
  •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred
  •Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in payroll administration
  •Saudi National
  •Strong knowledge in Com & ben , HRS , ERP , WPS , GOSI , EOS ,hands on and ownership of central Payroll processing and acounting
  •Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations
  •Experience using payroll software and accounting systems
  •Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  •Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels
  •High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
