    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
    Responsibilities:
    •Identify new business opportunities within the building materials, construction, ready mix or Manufacturing industry.
    •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
    •Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
    •Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    •Negotiate contracts and deals with potential customers and partners.
    •Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
    •Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and partners, highlighting the value of our products and services.
    •Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
    •Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about business strategy.
    •Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, to ensure alignment of business objectives.
    Requirements:
    •Egyptian National / VISA Avaialble
    •Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    •5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales.
    •Proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and creating and executing marketing and sales strategies.
    •Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
    •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
    •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
